As parents, we often wonder if our teens are prepared for the world they are about to inherit. We see the cultural pressures they face—the noise, the frantic urgency, and the constant demand to "perform" or "conform". You want them to be strong, but you also want them to be whole.
Our Approach
We believe leadership isn’t about who is the loudest or who can dominate a room. True leadership is a regulated presence plus moral clarity.
Our program is designed to create a generation of Impact Leaders who genuinely walk the talk. We go beyond traditional "moral instruction" to provide the emotional and relational infrastructure every young person needs to succeed.
In this program, your teens will learn:
How God Made Them for His Purposes: their physical traits, spiritual gifts, and character traits;
What Currently Controls Them: influences, beliefs, motivations, and limitations;
How to Stand Strong for Their Beliefs: through inner authority, decision-making capability, dealing with conflict, and boundary setting;
How to Shape the World Around Them: with rapport, persuasion, leadership, and God’s help; and
How to Make an Impact.
We aren't just forming "good kids" who know how to follow rules. We are forming integrated leaders who have the internal compass to navigate a complex world without losing themselves—or their faith.

Before we launch, we need your teen’s opinions.
We want to make sure our lessons and activities resonate with the teens who take our program. This is why we will conduct a few focus groups and test questionnaires. The questionnaires are designed to elicit how your teens get and retain information, the respectable artists they listen to and watch, and the “clean” language they are connecting with.
